Welcome to Quincy’s Guitars! Established in 2004 by Pat and RoseAnn Skrovan, Quincy’s Guitars brings integrity and passion into the guitar world. Quincy’s Guitars offers fine fretted acoustic instruments in a boutique-type setting. Conceived by Pat with the help of his lovely wife RoseAnn, the concept is to simply create a comfortable living room experience, surrounded by incredible instruments.

Who Is Quincy?

Wondering who Quincy is? Quincy is a Briard, a wonderful French herding dog, often described as a “Heart Wrapped In Fur.” Quincy is no exception to that rule. With a passion for classical music, Quincy is curious and loyal. Our son Justin, and Quincy, are the pride and joy of the Skrovan family.

Justin, who resides in Nashville, is the reason we became dog people in the first place, as he decided as a high school freshman that our family would be more complete with a dog. We went to the humane society as a family and brought home our first family dog, Murphy, hand picked by Justin. Murphy passed away in 2001, leaving a large hole in each of our hearts.

Quincy came bounding into our lives in September of 2002 with very large paws to fill, and has been a wonderful addition to our family ever since. When Pat decided he needed a name and mascot for his new guitar shop, he turned to Quincy for help. Quincy will quite often hold court at Quincy’s Guitars, as will Justin when he is in town.
