(Recent - Excellent ++) I only know of two 16" Collings Archtops ever done with varnish, and they both reside in Austin with clients of mine. Varnish is a $2,500.00 up-charge on an archtop. This is the only one I know of with the 1 3/4" nut width. Here is your chance to have one, and not have to wait years to get it.
This one does everything an AT-16 should do, but warmer and more open due to the varnish. An amazing sounding instrument! Still has the original Collings T-shirt it was delivered with. Come and get it.
