(Excellent++) This McPherson is a prototype built in 2000. Wonderful rich tone, great clarity, & excellent projection.
Being a prototype it has a few features not found on the current production. The neck does not cantilever over the body. There is a zero fret, the neck is made of Maple with an Ebony/Maple/Ebony center section, and the braces are solid spruce.
It features the offset soundhole technology, and the state of the art bracing system.
