BUYING FROM QUINCY’S GUITARS

To place order call 512-383-0456 Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM or Saturday 10:30AM-4:30 PM Central Time.

Quincy’s Guitars accepts payment in cash, money order/cashiers checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Wire transfers can be arranged by phone.

Quincy’s Guitars offers a 48 hour approval time for you to inspect, and decide if you are satisfied with your purchase. Our instruments are guaranteed to be as advertised. If you are not satisfied you must contact us within the 48 hour time period, and ship the instrument back to us in the same condition it was in when you received it. Quincy’s will be happy to exchange it for something else or refund your money. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will assume you are satisfied and the sale is complete. NOTE: Shipping and insurance charges (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility. Quincy’s Guitars looks forward to having you as a satisfied customer. Please inform us if you feel that there is any way that we can improve our service. We are always on the search for new and better ideas.

SPECIAL ORDERS

At Quincy’s Guitars we are pleased to custom order special instruments for our clients. Please contact us so that we can discuss your desires and needs, and have the perfect instrument created for you. Custom or Special Order guitars are considered SOLD when they arrive and are not applicable to the 48 hour approval statement above. If your Custom/Special order arrives not to specs as ordered, or damaged, Quincy’s Guitars will refund your deposit, or exchange the instrument for another instrument that we have in stock.

Deposits on Special Orders are non-refundable.  If you do not pick up your Special Ordered Instrument within 30 days of arrival your deposit will be forfeited.

LAYAWAYS

Occasionally Quincy’s Guitar will do a layaway sale (90 days). If you desire a layaway account with us please note that we require a 25% deposit, and that this deposit is non-refundable. Please note that if you place an item in layaway, you forfeit your right to the 48 hour approval period. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Simply put 25% down to hold the item, then make equal payments over the next 90 days.

WARRANTIES, PRIVACY, AND TYPOS

All products sold come only with the manufacturer’s written warranty. No other warranty is implied. Any used item is sold “As Is”.

Quincy’s Guitars assures you of your privacy. We DO NOT sell your name, address, phone number, or email address to anyone. Rest assured that your information is totally private and confidential.

Occasionally a typo may occur on our website. If this occurs, we reserve the right to confirm all prices and availability prior to shipment.
